Bought a Mercedes C180K from Hiltop about 2 months ago now. The service was second to none! The car was great for about a month and a half, however I was faced with a mechanical problem after 45 days of purchase - as you do with second hand cars. This was not a problem for me though, as it was dealt with instantly by the Hiltop team...they were very helpful, understanding and more importantly effective in the way in which they resolved the problem with my Merc. The matter was resolved within a day and it was all done in good manner. DEFINITELY recommend this showroom to anybody looking for a used quality car.

I am local resident from Enfield my previous car broke down after years of driving. I hadn't a clue what to buy in such urgency but the first instance I searched this company and was given great feedback from the local residence. After speaking to one of the sales team I had been sold the car literally over the phone he had been informative and respectful of my needs. The staff at Hilltop are very welcoming and patient. They go to great length to make your buying experience comfortable. We were served by Rob who explained us the entire buying process and was very accommodative to our questions and concerns. They only deal in the three German brands and the quality of cars are excellent. Very reliable. They might be slightly over priced than Car giant, etc however they guarantee a peace of mind. It's been 3 months now since I bought the car and it's been trouble free. Highly recommend them if someone is looking for an Audi, BMW or Merc.

For me, buying a used car has always been an anxiety provoking experience. A car is a significant investment, and one can never be completely sure that the purchasing experience and aftercare will be issue free. I feel very fortunate indeed that this time I found the car I wanted being sold by a dealer with impeccable credentials. From making an initial enquiry to driving the car away was completely hassle free. No pushy salesmen, no constant pestering and all my questions answered honestly. I travelled a fair way to view the car, and I was looked after and made very welcome in the showroom. Incidentally, there were some stunning prestige vehicles on display, as J said, "the cars sell themselves". I looked at lots of different examples of the car I was after up and down the country, but something didn't feel quite right with the dealer. I took the plunge with Hiltop and I'm glad I did. Next time I'm ready to buy a car, I will look up J at Hiltop. I'll definitely be Back!

My whole experience was extremely good from the initial response to my first enquiry to when I drove away from the site with my car ( Mercedes C220 ) which I've had for a month now and am very very pleased with. The guy who met me was very professional and made me very welcome with tea and coffee. Paperwork completed quickly and efficiently and taxed the vehicle on the system saving me additional issues. Awesome. A really great bunch of guys. The guy I dealt with was fantastic. No pushy sales just a great relaxed atmosphere. I traded in my 650i for a 640d and the part ex price was very fair compared to other dealers.i was made a coffee while he filled in all the paperwork including private plate transfer, tax etc. Nothing was to much trouble for him. The car i brought was exactly as it said in the advert. I'm hoping that when I change this car that these guys will have what I'm looking for because I would definitely use them again. Is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. Great experience, professional service, the guy who helped us is Jay, he was professional and really helpful, found the best financial solution for us as a young couple buying a car for the first time. He answered to all our questions and after a couple of hours you can get the car you love. We definitely recommend this dealer.

It's not often I feel the need to leave a review but for Hilltop Motors, I will make an exception.

I have purchased two cars from the firm, a Mini Cooper last year and more recently an Audi Q5. I was first drawn to Hilltop as they always seem to have an interesting mix of exciting cars.

I dealt with a few members of the team but mostly Sean. He's been an absolute gentleman - knowledgeable, courteous and straightforward to deal with.

A fault light appeared on the Audi dashboard a couple of months after my purchase. Sean and the team got the issue rectified swiftly without any charge to me.

I work in sales and cannot fault their first class service before, during and after purchase. I don't think I'd get better from a Bentley / Rolls Royce dealer.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. They will be my first port of call next time I buy a car and I've been recommending them to friends and family.

I bought a Land Rover Freelander from Hiltop Motors. They were very helpful and answered all my queries. The care performed well on the test drive and I decided to buy it. I have now had the Freelander for over 18 months and have driven the length and breadth of the country in all weathers and all conditions. It has proved a most reliable and comfortable car. Great over long or short journeys. The care was in excellent condition when I bought it and had been serviced to a high standard. It is still in excellent condition. I purchased a 13 plate Volkswagen POLO from Hiltop motors in January 2017, the following day the vehicle broke down with a believed timing belt break. After some exchange I arranged for the vehicle to be transported back to the showroom. Hiltop motors were extremely accommodating, they offered a like for like swap for the defective vehicle and partially refunded the cost of transporting the vehicle that broke down back to the showroom.

My overall experience with them has been excellent despite the issue with the first vehicle. Staff were professional, no complaints.

Excellent service from the staff including the owners. Very helpful and supportive with the whole process. The sales rep was very accommodating esp in regards helping me get an interest free loan to buy the car. They also promised to do some additional work on the car (I.e minor paint job) after the sale which they fulfilled. Definitely recommend them for anyone interested in purchasing cars. Purchased my BMW X5 from Hilltop motors in Feb 17, I must admit initially had a few teething problems in the first few months with the car with it having to be taken back to them. The staff never once quibbled over the issues, I was provided with a courtesy car each time and kept fully updated with progress. I even had to use the warranty service which Hilltop fully handled on my behalf smoothly and professionally with no cost to myself. I am left with a truly beautiful mechanically sound vehicle thanks to the staff at Hilltop, would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic place with fantastic service
After my brother in law recommended Hiltop Motors to me as he's bought about four cars to date from them and he's always been very happy with them I ended up paying them a visit. They always have a great selection of really high quality cars. I ended up buying my car from them which is still going strong after 2 years and I've just returned to them and bought a car for my wife as well. The guys are great and the afterservice is fantastic, they always look after me and I would definitely return when I decide to get a new car.

Can't fault these guys at all, not once were they pushy when purchasing a car and instead left it to me unless I wanted to ask something specific to which they knew what they were talking about.
Friendly, helpful and very polite without being over the top.
Took out extended warranty and when I needed it (general wear and tear coil springs) I received an excellent service and they dealt with the warranty company for me.
took 4 days from the diagnostics to completing the work not bad considering they had to sort with the company first and then do the work as well, that along with it having to be convenient for myself to get there due to work otherwise it would have been even quicker.
Never let one bad review put you off, there will always be one who says its bad no matter how good things are, always just add up the good reviews, the guys are really worth a look and make your own mind up from there.
I for one will be going back even if only for a look to see what they have when I purchase my next car, Thanks guys
