If you have taken delivery of your vehicle without visiting our premises in person, the following cancellation terms will apply:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to familiarise yourself with your new vehicle and decide whether it is right for you. Should you wish to cancel within this period, please email us at [email protected], ensuring that we receive your email by the end of the 14th day following delivery.
Please note that your right to return the vehicle under this guarantee will end if you have driven it more than 25 miles.
We are unable to accept the return of any vehicle that has been damaged, modified, or altered from the condition in which it was supplied.
